Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether a company with a turnover of ₹4.5 crore and ₹70 lakh in advances for FY 2018-19 is subject to GST Audit. Advances received for goods or services are generally not included in the aggregate turnover for audit applicability. While a GST Audit may not be mandatory in this specific case, filing an annual return remains a requirement.
