material is load from the orrissa and the buyer is in delhi and material is ship to punjab . total freight is 50000 and transporter need the advance rs 20000 . if buyer give the advance to the transporter . how the buyer charge the advance from consignee . and freight is booked by the consignee . and the gst is paid by cosignee @ 5% (rcm) .
1 if advance charge in the bill then gst will be charge or not.
2. if debit note send to the consingee in the end of month will the gst charge or not .
