In my opinion, no need to file ADT-3 & ADT-1 again, as the partnership firm is appointed as Auditor, not partner, just enter new signing authority name in AOC-4 & MGT-7 with same SRN.
However, I haven't faced such situation yet but I strongly believe above solution will work.
