Candidate who has passed degree Examination of any recognised University or equivalent can apply directly for admission to intermediate course or who are waiting for results can apply for provisional admission.

As far as exemption is concerned you have to be CS passed to avail the following exemptions:

Exemption to CS passed candidates in Papers of ICWAI
Foundation Course (4 Papers)- Complete exemption

Intermediate Course

Paper 5 - Financial Accounting

Paper 7 - Applied Direct Taxation

Final Course

3. Financial Management & International Finance (Paper 12)

4. Indirect & Direct Tax Management ( Paper 14)

So Tanveer, if you want to start now then you have to enrol yourself for the Foundation Course.

All the Best.

Does CS passed means professional passed or someone who has also completed his training?

Exemption on the strength of having passed the "Professional Exam"
