Disgusting, how people have started portratying their rubbish behavior on such professional websites.

Do not worry. These kind of messages are quite normal and a problem from a long time here in CCI. Admin is doing his best as far as deletion of these kinds of spam accounts is concerned. All you have to do it avoid reading this kind of message bcoz these are not from CCI members and just a spam.

One more thing these messages are not harmful so just chill and enjoy the platform of CCI.

You can either report abuse or send msg to admin.

He will delete the pro after receiving the msg.

         Can you please tell that how can get the refund from tax deportmrnt when they deduct TDS, but my total income does not tax limit. The details regarding tax deducted from my account is 

Assessment year: 2011-12  is Rs.599/- under 194C . Date of payment to the depaotment is 24/03/2011. Date of booking is 17/05/2011

Assessment year:2012-13 is Rs.645/- under 194C . 

      Rs.281/- date of booking is 21/07/2011 and date of payment is 09/05/2011

      Rs.364/- date of booking is 21/07/2011 and date of payment is 10/06/2011

Total amount is Rs.1244/-

I am article student, can i file a return for my refund. And also is there any penalaties for does not file a return for the A A Y 2011-12.. Please tell me..  And what is the the procedure for above situation
