Addition of promoters in GST registration certificate
How to check the PAN records of the promoters such as First name, middle name and last name of the promoter as per PAN records. If the name as per GST registration is not matched with PAN records then the application is getting rejected

Yes can checked from Income Tax site by login to portal
Gsr registration is pan based.
