where does closing stock in trial balance appear dr. Or cr. Side. . And is there any effect on Closing stock on Which side it will appear If Opening stock is Given. ?

it will appear on the Debit side of Trial Balance.
No it will not effect as trial balance shows only ledger closing balances.
