One of my friends forgot to attach the accounts of subsdiary company to Form 23AC of Holding Company.
Now, what to suggest her? Whether it will be Ok if she attaches the accounts to Form 20B of Holding Company (as optional attachment just to complete the compliance)?
The Form 23AC has been approved by ROC.
Upto my understanding;
Revised 23AC should be filed. But wait for experts to comment.
