Credited in capital reserve account
post acquisition profit is considered as capital profit. so it is to be trabsferred to capital reserve.
@ Satish sir... Revolutions of fixed assets is capital profit thats why goes to capital reserve.... Profits earned after post acquisition is transferred to SPL or general reserve...
