why interim dividend is subtracted from minority interest and holding company share of profit

Because it has not been reduced from ur current year profit.... First calculate correct current year profits after dividend... Then that profits distribute between minority and holdings companies as per their share... Then u hv no need to deduct interim dividend from minority shareholders and from CPL account
