Whether Payable to Internal Auditor will fall under catagory of Creditor for Expenses while preparing financial statment ?

Yes... The Internal Auditor account will be under Sundry Creditor Account...

It is under current liabilities: Audit fees payable.

Party Account under "Sundry Creditor".
