Could u please tell me what does purchace means in the consuption formula. the closing stock of raw material is valued as per AS-2 and the value exceeds the amount of purchase of raw material due to inclusion of frieghts.In this case how to calculate the consumption? There would arise negative consumtion as per the formula Opening + purchases- closing ?????? what is the remedy?????
