Cash flow statement is a statement that a company must prepared which states the cash inflow and outflow for the year described in three activities. i.e., cash from investing activity, operating activities, financing activities. it is mandatory statement that a company should prepare as per companies act.
fund flow statement is not compalsuty as per companies act.
