How many subheads can be placed under the accessories category and office expense category in an organization,
please submit some information in details regarding that topic.

It will be based on nature of expenses.. you have to categorise such sub expenses into general heads.. it might include all official work expenses the organisation have and accessories categories shall include all expenses comprised of repair, purchase, maintaince etc. of accessories
You can make as many head as you can but keep in mind materiality of such expenses.
