If Shorter Notice has been issued for conducting of AGM, then earlier we have the Form 22 for acceptance of Shorter Notice by members.
But as per new companies act 2013, there is no prescribed format of acceptance.
Kindly guide and provide the format of acceptance of shorter notice.
No format has been prescribed under CA 2013. You can use format similar to 22A with suitable changes.
Whether anyone have the format according to Companies Act 2013. Pls provide.
Also take care of Section 136 which requires financial statements to be sent to members at least 21 days in advance of AGM.

First line of Section 136 say that with our prejudice to Section 101 of 2013. That means Company can hold its AGM through shorter notice on the same day between a time gap of 5-6 hour for approval of accounts and holding agm on the same day.
pls clarify the above one
