i have register name in MCA through RUN services my company name is (Exalttek) sent for resubmission because name is not identical with other company (ExcelTech India Pvt. Ltd.) but there is phonetical resemblance is there any way to get that name ?

it was sent to resubmission because it is identical right?
yes even in case of phonetical resumble the name will be rejected.
