About Macro

Vlook up formula Apply here:-

Above data is first coloumn is rollo no. , second is Student name, third is Age and last is Phone no.

in the cell where type is Age                =VLOOKUP(E14,A2:D7,3)

in the cell where type is Phone           =VLOOKUP(E14,A2:D7,4)

Hello Dear,

Macro is a Good Feature of Excel Its Useful for whose peson who repeat same work daily or weekly or monthly. Its function as a Recorded Movie whose See or work more time.

Its function work :- Tools Menu>Macro>Record New Macro>Type your Macro name (Ram2008)

And Then down you type a Short Cut Key for example - CTRL+Q, CTRL+SHIFT+T etc.

then Hit Ok  Button

After this Processing macro recording will be started and you look a small  macro toolbar on the sheet and after you will be work and save file.

Then We play  Macro  :-

After you go to another sheet and this process be apply-

Tools>Macro(ALT+F8)>Run your exixting Macro means Ram2008 after this steps your macro recording will be see you.
