You can take ITC for the month of July 17 also .

ITC can be claimed/availed upto the due date of furnishing of return for the month of September following the end of the financial year to which the invoice pertains

Or

Date of furnishing of the relevant annual return,

Whichever is earlier.

Thus, if invoice is issued on, say, 08.07.17, ITC for such invoice shall be claimed on or before

(i) due date of furnishing of the return for September, 2018, or

(ii) the actual date of furnishing annual return for the F. Y 2017–18,

Whichever is earlier.
