First of all IPO stands for initial public offering which means public offer at the very first time in the life of a company. Afterwards, if company wants to issue more shares apart from initial public offering then it will known as Further/Follow Up Public Offering (FPO) which means public offering after IPO. So, company can't have 2 IPO's in his life.
