now below 1.5 crore turnover gst filling oct to dec 17 so it is true and what is the last date for this return filling

it is true as per today announcement, but we are waiting for notification..as per announcement the due date is 15th Feb. 2018 for Oct. to Dec.
GSTR-3B to be filed monthly...
& GSTR-1 from July to Oct to be filed upto 31 Dec.
& GSTR-1 from July to Oct to be filed upto 31 Dec.
Also GSTR-1 for Oct -Dec filed upto 15 Feb.
