I want to know that if my supplier does not have GST, will it create problem for me?

I am printed books (exempted from GST) seller on e-commerce website. I purchase books from wholesale market where they don't provide bill and neither they have GST.

If your supplier is unregd, you will have to pay tax on all the purchases made as reverse charge.

What would be the tax %? I am selling printed books that are exempted from GST

IN case your goods are exempted, no tax to be paid.

Kindly help with one more thing. Do individuals who are selling online under their own name needs to register a company to be able to register for GST? I sell books online with my name and Pan Card.

Sir, if you are selling through E commerce, you need to register.

If you selling from e-commerce u have to take gst number in future right they give exemption for smooth roll. Out of gst

Sell of exempt goods there is no gst but u selling from e-commerce in future u have to take gst number there is no option and have to file return also and say that is exempt goods and TCS deducted by e-commerce company take that amount as refund

Yes that I know. But do I need to first register a company or obtain some licence? Can I just register with my name and Pan Card?
