Good evening everybody,

I am working in a mnc company, my parent company available with spain.

We wanted to purchase some units of motor from one hydrabad supplier, if the supplier agreed to sale with excise duty and cst ( duty 10.3% and cst will be the 2%). if the same time my parent company also wanted to purchase the same material.

My parent company asking me, is there any benefit from purchasing motor from chennai office or else we will import directly from hydrabad.

I said directly purchase from hydrabad is the best way compare with chennai supply.

Is it right pls advise. ( i wanted to know if the merits and demerits)
