About Efiling submission errors

Lodge complaint under 'Grievances' with screenshot.

I have the same issue. I have submitted Form-10IA on June 25th. While trying to submit ITR with the correct ack. no and date of filing, it still throws error. Fed up and tried multiple times. Please help 

Date of Form 10IA and Ack number of Form 10IA provided in schedule 80DD/Schedule 80U should match with efiling DB filed for claiming section 80DD/Section 80U
