WHEN DID YOU FILE FORM 10IA FOR YOU & FOR YOUR SPOUSE?

WHO IS DEPENDENT ON WHOM?

HAVE YOU FILED THESE DETAILS UNDER SCEDULE DD & SCHEDULE U OF RELEVENT ITR?

On 20/6/24 I have filed 10IA form for me and my spouse.

She is dependent of me.

HAVE YOU FILED BOTH FORMS IN YOUR IT ACCOUNT? OR IN EACH IT ACCOUNT?

In my IT account

She is not a tax payer. She is housewife 

HAVE YOU FILED THE SCHEDULE DD & SCHEULE U OF YOUR ITR?

WHETHER THE DETAILS OF RESPECTIVE FORM 10IA CORRECTLY ADDED IN THE SCHEDULES?

Yes sir. I have filled the 80 DD AND 80 I SCHEDULES

Yes, but date of filing these forms in respective tabs with the correct acknowledgement numbers must be missing........ hence the defect.

Also check whether these forms are displayed in your IT account under 'IT forms filed' (after login)?

If yes, its status?

It's status is form submitted

Retry after correctly filling the dates & acknowledge nos. of the forms filed in respective tabs of schedule DD & Schedule U...

If problem persists, lodge complaint under Grievances with screenshot.

My problem is not solved. i tried several times. But it shows same error. Everytime after e-verify of my return , when i tried to submit my return it shows the message like this.
