AADHAAR PAN LINKING ERROR MESSAGE

Today i thought of checking whether my clients PAN are linked with Aadhaar by using the Link Aadhaar status on the efiling portal. I checked for 8 clients and in each case I got the message "Your Aadhaar Number <XXXXX> is linked to some other PAN <XXXXX>..To delink, kindly submit request to your Jurisdictional Assessing Officer."

This is very surprising! How can it happen for 8 different persons? Is anyone facing this problem?Any solution please?

It might have already linked to respective PAN. Login to IT website and check once
I checked my adhar pan status today and it is showing linked

I am also seeing same issue ... kindly post  the solution if anyone may know the solution
