AA-7-Each Employee Salary Account or Combine Account

Hi Respected Members,

please educate me do we have to pass each employee's payroll journal entry and have to maintain each employee account or we can pass journal entry for combine payroll amount of employee ?

If a combine journal entry will pass and combine payroll ledger will maintain, how we will maintain each employee payroll account?

You need to pass a combined salary as the journal entry. this will help maintain the secrecy of the employees and also avoid complication while passing journal entry.

the salary register or payroll details will be separately maintained by the HR department to arrive at the each employee details

Please let me know if combine payroll account of employees maintend, how each employee payroll record can be keept ? Do we have to create accouns same like subsidiary ledgers and double entry system will be followed for it ? please share the procedure as I want to learn it.
