A purchased a machine on 1.1.10 For rs.2,40,000. Installation expenses were rs. 20,000. Residual value is estimate to Be rs.5000. On 1.1.10, expenses for repair were increased to extent of rs5000 depreciation is provided under SLM depreciation rate is 10%. Annual depreciation Will be?

As expenses for repair upto installation i.e. 1.1.10 will be included in cost
so depreciation will be 26000
