80EE Deduction

i taken a home loan my interest portion is ₹ 2,10000/- and principal
₹ 100000/-
Can i claim ₹50000/- extra in sec 80EE
Over ₹ 200000/-

Yes... You can if applicable all the condition as per previous query...

Depends upon year of loan taken, loan amount, and cost of house property.

Conditions to be Met for Claiming Deduction

Value of the house should be Rs 50 lakhs or less

Loan taken for the house must be Rs 35 lakhs or less

The loan must be sanctioned by a Financial Institution or a Housing Finance Company

The loan must be sanctioned between 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017

As on the date of the sanction of loan, no other house property must be owned by you.
No 80 EE is applicable only if interest is exceed rs 200000 and balance up to 50000 and take as deduction us 80ee...
let say there is interest rs 310000..
now shall have to take exemption first us 24b rs 200000 and up to 50000 80ee..
