Can any1 clarify me if 80E deduction will be available for loan taken on law related courses. if yes, also clarify if this deduction has not been declared in form 16, can it be claimed in ITR 1 in the relevant column and get refund. if your ans is affirmative, plz let me know if any document relating to the payment of int on loan or loan declaration or anyother supporting documents need to be attached. if the return is filed through online how can i attach it. plz clarify ASAP.
