I am a central government employee. My child is disabled with 90%. I am availing facility of central govt health scheme. Expenditures incurred on maintenance of disabled child is born by me.
I haven't taken any medical claim from any insurer.

Locomotor disability is covered under section 80DD of the income tax Act, so you may get deduction , fixed amount of Rs 125000/- irrespective of the expenditure because disability is more than 80% , however you have submit all required documents and
