YES IT IS DEDUCTIBLE U/S 80C
Dear sir,
You are not allowed to avail 80C deduction in respect of principal loan repayment of house property let out for commercial purpose.
Dear sir,
Section 80C(2)(xviii) is allowing deduction only in respect of residential house property& not commercial letout property.
