05 June 2019I am central goernment officer.
I have NPS account where i accumulated Rs. 70000 in assessment yr 2019-20 u/s 80CCD
U/S 80C - 134000
SO 80C +80CCD=204000>200000 as NPS Account holder have additional benefit of Rs. 50000 for tax payer.
But my Employer is saying 80C +80CCD+80CCC should never more than 1.5 lakh which is u/s 80CCE.

Yes you can claim additional deduction of 50000 under section 80CCD 1(B). in addition to 150000 under section 80C. Have you received form 16?
Have you invested extra amount yourself in nps ??. pls personal message me.
