please clear about payment section about DRC03 in Gstr 9 annual return

GST DRC-03 is an voluntary payment against any liability remain to pay. in GSTR-9 you have not to show DRC payment separately you have declare your actual turnover and tax and the payment you made through DRC that would increase in table 9 in there proper heads
Shall I use this form for "Merchant exporter failure to furnish our GST no & Invoice no in Shipping bill".
