44ab audit late filing fee
one of our business 44ab audit case i required what is the late filing fee after due date

Yet the due date is 15 th October, 2018. Though interest under section 234 A would be applicable as per the date specified under Income tax act
Late fee Under Section 234F will be applicable if you file after the due date.. ie 15th Oct or 30 Nov as the case may be.
Late fee as of Now u/s 234F
Income below 5 Lakh then Rs. 1000
Income above 5 Lakh but filed before Dec 2018 then Rs 5000
Otherwise Rs. 10000
Late fee as of Now u/s 234F
Income below 5 Lakh then Rs. 1000
Income above 5 Lakh but filed before Dec 2018 then Rs 5000
Otherwise Rs. 10000
