what is the income limit for claiming standard deduction 40000

The standard deduction in the interim budget has been raised to rs 50000 from rs 40000. There is no income limit for claiming the standard deduction of rs 40000.

Standard Deduction of Rs. 40000 Annual Basis Not Monthly Basis.
