Do we require to file 3CA for the company evwn if its turnover during the year is less than rupees 1 crore .

Yes form 3CA is for any assessee who is required to be audited under any other act. And a company is required to get its accounts compulsorily audited under Companies Act hence 3CA to be filed irrespective of the turnover..
