The "red" color is a system-generated alert for potential ITC mismatches. It does not strictly block you from filing, but it acts as a warning that the GST department’s automated systems have detected a variance. Reconcile your records to ensure your claim is justified, keep that reconciliation as proof, and proceed with your filing if your records are accurate.
