Partner introduces ₹2,50,000 into his business in cash. Whether 269 ST is applicable??

Interpretation wise 269ST may not be applicable but better way is to credit the cash in partner's bank account and then bring into partnership firm by way transfer through cheque or NEFT or Net Banking .
