I am facing an error while filling the ITR-3 that is Total interest &fee payable is not equal to the sum of interest & Fee u/s 234A + 234B + 234 C + 234 F.

please clarify this. Thanks in advance

1% per month or part of the month on the unpaid tax amount.

Interest calculated as per you income tax and section under which business declared. Give brief of your income and tax paid or TDS details tomorrow calculate interest

Interest is automatically calculated by software.

Either it is Technical issue or total interest is not equal to the amount entered in the interest schedules

If there is no tax amount then 234F alone is applicable if income is 2.5 to 5lacs

Income is 8L profit is 3.5 L. I declared under 44AD and there is no TDS.

If it is filed on time then interest is not applicable.

If it is after 31st July then 234F alone applicable..

Pay late fees and file ITR .

No interest is applicable in your case, which utility you are using to file return

Can you confirm the date of filing?

If you are doing now then 234F is applicable and you may need to pay 1000/- late fees
