As I already told you that I don't have those notes with me right now. I had already given those notes to someone.
For practicals I had used the fomulas given in P.C.Tulsian's book.
May be there would be same compilation of formulas for FM Book ( P.C.Tulsian)
It's hardly 3-4 page formulas and presented in a logical manner.
You must give a shot !
And for theory I had just compiled the theory part of compilers. So you can read directly from compilers.
As theory consist of 10-15 marks in each part.so mostly questions are repeated.
You can refer combination of 2 sets of compilers + RTP (same term) . it's all more than enough.
but in case you have more time.... or actually still worried too much then you can add practice manual as well.
that's all.
