If a person has 20 lakh cash withdrawal from bank , and bank has deducted tds for cash withdrawal exceeding 20lakh. But the said person has filed the return for last year but failed to present with the bank. The said person filed the return u/s 44AD last year. This year the said person has only turnover 38 lakh. Then there will be chance for receiving notice for cash withdrawal of 20lakh but has only turnover 38 lakh. ? Since turnover is less than 40lakh ,gst registration is not required
