Is TDS applicable in case of a contract bill exceeding ₹30,000 which is paid in advance as 2 installments..?

If contract bill is more than Rs. 30000, TDS will be applicable u/s 194C, payment is instalment does'nt matter.
If single bill then Yes...
otherwise when aggregate payment cross 1 lakh
Yes TDS Applicability Each Bill Rs.30,000/-.Suppose TDS avoid this Payment Split payment of Rs.20,000/-and Rs 10,000/-
