I have not more then ten trucks.(Transportor)
But company is deductin tds from 1st April 2015.
Please tell me how i can stop this deduction.

Dear Concern,
Kindly give the Declarartion to deductor u/s 194C(6) that the contractor/transporter does not own more than 10 good carriage/trucks
The Declaration file is attached for your reference and kindly change the respective highlighted words.

Submit declaration in your letter head to the respective company along with self attested copy of PAN.
