Hi All,

We are purchasing the immovable property of Rs.100 Lacs.

Share:-

Father=30%

Mine:70%.

First i will be paying Rs.10 Lacs from my account.after that we will be paying.then my father and will be proportionate share ratio and bank will pay Rs.20 lacs as housing loan.

My question:-whether while making payment of Rs.10 lacs whether i will make paying of Rs.10,000/- thru my account singly.or need to make payment theu my father account also in 70:30 ratio.whether after some time our ratio changes to 80:20.whether it will impact TDS payment

deduct tds on progressive payment made. then even if ratio changes there will be no prb. for example, if you pay 10lakhs then you should deduct tds on that. when you will make payment from your father's a/c then deduct tds accordingly.
