I have lot of confusion in filling 15G, please help me...

1)suppose if a person have f.y 2013-14 interest income 40,000 and salary 1,95,000 and deduction of 80C 50,000 then he can fill 15G or not?

2)if he can fill 15G then what comes in column 23 of 15G....amount 40000+195000=2,35,000 or 40000+195000-50000=1,85,000?

3)if interest from diffrent banks what amount comes in column 22 of 15G.....Total interest amount of all Bank or only interest amount of respective bank in which 15G going to be submitted?

4)Fdr details need to fill in Schedule-3 :-  all bank FDR detail or only respective bank FDR detail in which 15G going to be submitted?

Please help me

1. if the interest income from one bank (including all branches) exceeds 10000 then bank will deduct tds and you should not submit 15g. if intt. is less than 10000 then you can file 15g.
2. you are reqd to fill 185000
3. total interest income from one bank including all branches should be reported here
4. fdr detail should also be given in respect of FDs in all branches of the said bank.

you mean if we have interest income more than 10,000 from one bank, then we can't fill 15g....then what is use of 15G...
