Dear All,

our company appointed person dominica republic i want transfer his salary & expenses mean time i have submitted application to our Bank fund transfer wheather it is taxable or non taxable as per 195 Section say it non taxable even after banker are insisting 15 CB from CA

please guide in this regard

Dear Girish

If u want to transfer fund from India to Outside India, you are required to file form 15CA and get a form 15CB from a CA even the amount transferred is non Taxable.
