we are paying total amount as refund on grounds of advance received from party who is non resident(foreigner). does we require to file the form 15CA .. amount is exceed 5 lacs.

Yes, without that bank will not proceed for disbursement.
sir which form we have to fill. part D ?
If it is only returning of advance received, then Part - D to be filed.
