what may be possible reasons that 143(1) for FY 16-17 is not yet generated even after fileing of return on time. i have checked its status online.

what's the present status that is being shown on the IT site?
I mean is it showing ITR received or anything else?

itr is processed within one year from the end of the FY in which return is filed...
