one has filed return but some income is Not taken by mistake.
after filling return intimation recv with that income , and raised demand.
what should be done .

but demand is not justified
You mentioned that, income not taken by mistake. That's why i said pay demand. Otherwise u can mention that demand is wrong and write the reason there.
