A.y. 2012-13 if assessee disagree with demand in such cases what are remedy available for assessee 154/revised already time barred

Not received i get recovery letter in april 19

In that case you can write a letter to AO and state that 143(1) and demand notice have never been served to the assessee and hence assessee deprived of appeal rights/ 154 rights.

You may request for proof of serving of notice.

U r right notice is never served but now a have recovery notice and ao can initiate account attachment process can i file appeal against 143(1) or review 264

To begin with
Appeal can not be filed under 143(1) in the absence of receipt of order.
Same way you can not under 264.

You first write a letter to AO (as replied above) with a copy to the jurisdictional CIT.

Visit the ASSESING OFFICER.
TRY TO SOLVE.
ALSO ASSESS YOURSELF WHETHER THERE ARE POSSIBILITIES OF INCREASING YOUR TAXABLE INCOME.
IF NOT YOU EASILY TALK TO THE ASSESING OFFICER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST..
